not able to use credit card to pay to e-file my state returns

I am getting an error message, unable to authorize payment, please check address, cc number and cvv and try again. I have double checked all information, tried multiple credit cards and still not able to process this request.

Please advise.

thanks Pam

I have made phone calls to TurboTax twice today totaling over an hour in support phone time. I have shut down my laptop, reset my wifi, cleared my cache/cookies/history, I've tried different cards, I've triple checked everything I'm entering, etc. and I am still receiving the "unable to authorize card" error message mentioned by the original poster. I don't want to have the amount deducted from my refund because that's an additional and unnecessary expense when my cards work just fine everywhere else. I've been trying to file for over a week now, and I haven't been able to because of this error message. The woman I spoke to last was at a loss because she had me do everything she knew to resolve.

Please try to pay using a different browser than you are currently using, as this can help be able to pay.

If this does not work, please let us know. @shalsey422

Hi the phone agent kept suggesting internet related things as well and while I did comply I don’t see how this has any effect on the TurboTax application. So any suggestions relating to the application would be more beneficial to me.
