No matter the format either it be exact match or taking an existing csv that worked from another source and converting the information. Why does turbotax CSV NOT WORK

Have you tried using the TurboTax universal template to enter your CSV?

 

You can do this as follows:

1. Download the TurboTax universal template.
2. Export your digital asset transactions into the CSV file from your unsupported sources
3. Remove any sample data rows
4. Enter your transactional data as follows:

• The column headers must match one of the accepted names
• Negative numbers won't work
• Limit your decimal place to 8
• Enter the deposit and withdrawals individually

      5. Download the CSV and upload it to TurboTax.
