New 109x Import tool loads blank window on TT Desktop Premier (Win10 20H2 Enterprise)

The 109x import tool that seems to be new for TT 2021 doesn't seem to be working. It first requires my to log into Intuit which works. Then i select "Get my form" which then opens a new window titled "Bank login" and it's completely blank.

I've tried both Bank of America and Schwab but same result. I've also tried restarting my computer and saving the turbotax file to a local drive but nothing seems to work. Updating TT shows i have the latest version as of 2/20/22

Please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support as your issue would be best resolved with one-on-one support.

What is the TurboTax phone number?

I called in and spent over an hour with the rep. The expert he was connected to said it's an internet connection issue or an issue with my PC. Except that I can import forms that don't use the 109x import tool like Discover. I don't know how TT differentiates between when it uses the 109x import tool vs just directly logging in

Needless to say, it didn't work. Restarting my computer (again) nor clearing my chrome cache did not resolve the issue in TT. Next step they recommended is to talk to Microsoft and get Windows debugged, not really helpful.

The act of changing the display resolution causes the login information to appear. However, I can't type into it. Strangely, without the change of display resolution, the window pops up blank no matter which resolution I choose.

The only workaround I could figure out is to change the resolution everytime I wanted to update the window. For example,

1) change resolution to see login screen

2) click into user name, blind type user name, click into password, blind type password password, click on enter

3) change resolution to see new screen (agreement)

4) blind scroll to bottom

5) change resolution to see check box and next button.

etc…

This is not support. And it's not acceptable.

I have no idea why I keep using TT except inertia. I have problems like this every time I use it, it seems. This is 2022. There is no excuse for dialog boxes not working and even less excuse for this bazillion-dollar company not providing any reasonable support.  They never have! What are we paying for? Nothing but aggravation.

I'm looking for solutions that actually work. H&R... here I come!

(I did find that updating the graphics driver fixes this. Ridiculous that we need to always be at the latest version and that Intuit can't support their products when asked. Why do we need to do all of the work when we are the paying customer?)
