Never got a 1099g from unemployment. How do I file my taxes?

Well it seems that the Texas unemployment office seems to think I didn’t receive any unemployment payments when in fact I did. I have the amounts that were paid out on my file online and the dates, but I never received a 1099g. I called and they said it’s on the way but the amount might differ then the one on website. Well the website says 0 dollars in compensation paid and zero withheld in taxes. Go to another tab and I see the payments I received and the 10 percent I had them take out in taxes. Basically even when I do get through to somebody on the phone they are zero help with this. They I can request a duplicate... even though it says zero. I need to file my taxes now , so how do I do it with no 1099g or what if they sent the IRS one with the actual amount , but mine says 0 ??

UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION

Unemployment compensation is taxable on your federal return.

You will have to enter a 1099G that is issued by your state.

Some states will mail out the 1099G.  Or you might need to go to your state’s unemployment website and use the password, etc. that you have been using to certify for weekly benefits to get your 1099G from the state’s site.

Enter your 1099G in Federal>Wages & Income>Unemployment

Go through the screens very carefully, making sure  to enter any federal/state tax you had withheld from the unemployment.
