Need to download 2022 state returns - both Premium and Business

I have email receipts for CO state return for TT Premium, and IL state return for TT Business, but neither shows up in Downloads in my TurboTax Account.  Two other states that I purchased for TT Premium are there.  I have a new computer and want to install both versions of TT on it - I have the install files that I got from Amazon.  

 

How can I recover the two missing state returns?

I think you mean Premier.  Premium is only an Online version.

You might have another account.  That's common to end up with multiple accounts.  First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  You can use the same email address for 5 accounts. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
