My USAA discount isn't showing, but I used USAA's link. I see the discount when I click "start for free", but when I go to pay, the price shown is without the discount.

I already went through the previously posted answer. My browser allows cookies, I deleted all intuit and turbotax cookies and started all over. Still no discount.
