My taxes keep getting rejected. I downloaded the IRS transcript and put in the exact number, it's still getting rejected. Why?

I downloaded my paperwork from Jackson Hewitt in November 2020 and my AGI says its 33k, I downloaded it last week and it says its 32k. I download the IRS return transcript and its the 33k. This is my third time trying to submit this years taxes, I've tried two other times with the 33 and 32 numbers and they say its still wrong.

One, why would my AGI change and without notice on tax paperwork from last year?

Two, what do I do? My AGI is exactly the same as it should be (the 33k) with the IRS paperwork.

We understand you are having an experience with entering your AGI.  If you are entering the correct AGI, but your tax return is still rejected, please follow the instructions in this link: What if I entered the correct AGI and I’m still getting an e-file reject?.  If this does not resolve your issue, please let us know the exact error code you are receiving.
