My tax expert hasn't responded to me in over a week. My return was supposed to have been done last week. Who do I call?

If you can't reach your tax expert in the usual fashion, enlist the help of TurboTax Support.   Tell them your problem reaching your expert and that you want to speak to someone who interfaces with the Live Full Service experts.
