My return was rejected and now I had to mail in my return. I want my money back

Why was your return rejected?  What is the rejection code?  We may be able to assist in getting the tax return e-filed if you have the code.

The TT online fee is for the use of the program to complete a return that can be filed even if you mail it in ... at no time was a successful efiling guaranteed. 

The tax return was rejected because it was showing that we had health insurance and it was fraud and we called and they said it was fraud but there is a rejection code for the 1095A so we called IRS and they said to mail everything in. The insurance was voided out so we had to show them proof
