My return got rejected saying I owe the first time home buyer repayment, but my ex kept the home- I didnt. How do I show that I am not responsible for it-my ex-spouse is?

I transferred the home to my ex-spouse in 2018- so via turbo tax and the IRS website, I am no longer responsible for the repayment. But my return keeps getting rejected over this.

So far, on Turbo Tax, I have clicked the appropriate answer on the question "Did you get the homebuyer credit in 2008?" which is "Yes but the home we received the credit for stopped being our main home on or before December 31, 2019"

Yesterday, when I did this and clicked continue, the next screen said something about Form 5405 is about to be deleted, are you sure you want to continue" I continued thinking it would solve the issue. But my return was rejected again- still saying I owe a repayment on the FTHB.

Now, when I go back to the homebuyer credit section, it automatically has the selection "No we never got this credit" chosen. When I click the correct one again-same as the first time- and click continue it just takes me back to the main menu and doesnt keep the question appropriately updated.
