My payment check was returned for insufficient funds. will the irs redeposit the check a second time?

you can even use a credit card.     be prepare for penalties and interest for bounced check and late payment

No, the IRS will not deposit the check a second time.

You will need to pay your balance due to the IRS with a check or money order or you can pay directly through the IRS Website here: https://www.irs.gov/payments.
