My Ohio state refund appears to be $0, but while I was making the transaction, it appeared to be $238. Now it says ready to mail and $0 next to it. What should I do?

My federal return has been accepted and the amount is written, so it doesn't pose a problem. However, my state tax refund amount shows as $0 and next to it it says ready to mail instead of accepted. I have no idea what the problem is, when I was filling out the turbotax forms, my state tax refund was showing as $238, but now it's showing as $0. What should I do? Can you help me?

At the end did it ask about the overpayment and if you wanted to apply it?  You may have said yes to apply it to next year as an estimated payment.  Check over your state return.

I don't know much about this subject. I just tried to follow the instructions.

it says ''E-File is not available because your tax return includes a tax situation that can't be e-filed. Make sure to mail your return by your state's due date.''

That shows a state $238 refund.  Where are you seeing 0?  You may have a form that can't be efiled.  Look though the Ohio list.
