My ex-wife filed my daughter as a dependent. I have the tax rights. What form do I need to file with my taxes to dispute?

There is no form to file for this issue.

If your ex filed a tax return with you daughter as a dependent before you filed then you will have to print and mail your tax return including your daughter as a dependent.  The IRS will pay you any federal tax refund shown on your return.

Within a year the IRS will contact you both to investigate this issue.  The loser of the investigation will have to pay back any refund along with paying penalties and interest.
