My does My TurboTax (business) fail at E-filing with the message "Your transmission didn't go through Please try later" (For 2 days and 45 tries)

I wish I had a better answer for you but TurboTax does not know what is causing this issue.  They cannot figure out how to fix it even though they have known about it for more than 3 weeks. I spent more than an hour on the phone yesterday with service reps and techs who did not have a clue to fix it. Ultimately, I ended up just having to print an 84 page return to mail. I requested a refund for the software since it has had so many issues this year. H

I too am having this problem: In TurboTax Business 2020, I entered all my data and got everything ready to file. Nothing shows up on the error checks, but when I click the "Transmit Returns Now" button, it just says "Your transmission didn't go through. Try again later." I've tried many, many times between yesterday and today, with identical results. The software is up to date. My internet connection is good: I'm using it right now, I can watch videos and access websites just fine, I've tried both WiFi and wired (ethernet) LAN connections, all to no avail. This is under Win10 Home.

 

One thought: The total income on Form 1065 line 8 is blank, as I'm using pass-through taxation with Schedule K.  It was blank last year too, though in the lead-up to attempted e-filing, I had to enter "0" for last year's total income (TTax won't let you proceed without a number in there). Maybe "0" is seen as different from a blank field? Seems unlikely, but it's the only thing I've noticed that's even slightly amiss.

 

Suggestions? I suppose if nothing gets better I'll have to print and mail the return.
