My computer freezes when I try to purchase the audit protection.

I can't complete the purchase and file my return!

Try this:  Log out of Turbo Tax and close out of the browser window. Clear your cache/cookies by following the steps below.  Open the browser back up, log in and proceed.  This should get you un-stuck.
