My account is not working. I keep on wanting to change or add a W-2 form and it logs me out each time.

Please  follow the steps in this TurboTax FAQ to take a picture of your W-2 in TurboTax Online:

I have a similar issue with "My Expert" only being the option to click but it dose not do anything.
