Mint not updating Fidelity Rewards Visa since Dec 11 2023

There is an instruction to inactivate and reactivate accounts to re-establish the connection.  But it doesn't seem to work, app or online via web.  There is a similar thread on this with no fixes.  Are others having the same issues?

Please note that Mint is being discontinued at the end of this year (approaching rapidly, of course).
