"My return was rejected."
So your attempt at efiling was unsuccessful? What is the rejection error code you received?
"I can't locate my refund online."
What does that mean?? If your efiled return was rejected, then there's no refund status online to check.
Or do you mean you can't find your account with the return you filed? If that's the case, we can tell you how to find your account. Many people end up with multiple accounts without realizing it.
