My license code is not being accepted. I've entered it 20 + times and every time I receive a message saying that "the license code you entered is not valid. Error code 606"

You'll likely have to phone TurboTax Support. They may need to give you a new license number.
If a voice robot asks for your issue to route your call, try saying "license activation" or "installation issue".
