Keep getting errors when trying to addd a 2nd income. It just says "something went wrong...". I've cleared cache's, tried different browsers, computers, wifi. Help?

I've tried every possible customer support but nothing works. Phone doesn't work because it won't let me upgrade to the plus version (I would if it would let me). No contact us page or anything. If this isn't fixed soon I'm just going to have to file elsewhere. This is ridiculous

I've tried calling multiple times but get denied by the robot because they can't find my account by my phone number or email. Then it just hangs up
