Keep getting a message that we hit a snag when trying to e-file the completed forms in the Free version ? Refreshed the browser and am connected to internet.

Some TurboTax Online users may experience an error that says "oops we hit a snag" when reviewing their order.

The issue I had is that the customer was a mac user and was trying this on Safari. The customer switched over to firefox and the e-file went right through.

if you are on a mac and are using safari this will happen///dont continue to load and get frustrated when it keeps saying this//rather open google chrome or firefox and you should be able to file with no problem!

What do I do. Have tried everything for two days. Restart and pop ups shut off

If you are stuck on a screen or it is blank in TurboTax you may need to log out and restart your computer, then log back in, or try another browser. Ensure you are hard-wired and not using Wifi. it’s a snag it said I paid and won’t let me continue with my file

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and try to Efile again.
