This isn't the intuit account, I have my email saved there. It is literally in the turbotax program, it has me click on "Go to My Info" where it brings me to the page where there is no email option. I am going insane.
Did you ever find a solution to this?? I’m having the same issue. Crazy to me that it’s been three weeks since you posted this and it’s still not fixed 😡
Could you please repost the solution to this problem with the email? I’m having the same issue and I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve tried several times to click the link you provided “click link to see solution in original post” and it either takes me nowhere or says the page has been deleted.

When you say 'resubmit' ... I was done with my return and it was in the Review before File stage. Do I DELETE everything ..this stinks Turbo Tax.
IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!! I have verified my email and I'm still being told that it is missing. I cannot speak to anyone without paying $30 which is ridiculous given the fact that it's the TurboTax system that is broken.

Same. It literally will not let me move forward. There is NO FIELD TO ENTER IT! I have done it on intuit and verified. I don't know what else to do!

any idea when this trashcan issue will be resolved? would like to get my taxes submit before the due date but every time I attempt this issue presents itself, pretty ridiculous with all these offerings of additional packages yet a simple issue like this is restricting us from submitting our taxes.
this is not a fix, both email and phone is verified. has done nothing.
Signing out and back in has not worked. I've read in other forums that this same issue occurred in 2022. If we are unable to file our return, then Turbo Tax is not an option. Is this issue attempting to be resolved? Unless I've missed it, I have not seen a reply from tech support.
I'm filing for my son and I went through the whole filing process only to find myself in this loop of Turbo Tax needing an email address but having no place to input it on the My Info page. I even signed out, signed back into Intuit and verified my email address on the as advised and proceeded to do the whole return again only to end up in the same **bleep** loop. C'MON, Turbo Tax! This blows!

Hey everyone! make sure to clear your cache and cookies and then refresh. should be all fixed! just did it with a Turbo Tax Rep and troubleshooted!
Yeah their program is infuriating. After about deciding to re-do through HR Block, I tried logging in on my Chrome browser from my phone and it didn't so the stupid thing where "you need to enter/confirm your email but how about this - we're not going to give you a place to do that!" BS that turbotax is pulling here. I was able to continue that way but moral of the story, Intuit programmers must have no fingers and must code using only their noses.
I can confirm that a cache clear and turn off adblocker fixed it! I just finished filing. Give this a shot before going elsewhere. I'm on PC using Chrome and this fixed it for me.
I got it! I was stuck on this for a few hours and just now got past it. I cleared my cookies and cache of my web browser through it's settings panel and restarted my computer. If you do this and don't have to retype your login, you didn't clear them properly. I hope this helps.
