If you efiled, double-check with this tool to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted. What status is shown here?

If that showed it was accepted, what do you see at the IRS website below for the status of your Federal refund?
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/Refunds">https://www.irs.gov/Refunds</a>
If that IRS tool shows that the refund has been sent, report back for more info.
How long has it been since you filed?
If the IRS tool says it is still "being processed", and if it's been longer than 21 days, we can tell you how to speak to a live agent at the IRS to see if they can tell you anything about the delay.
To track a state refund:

Do you mean Approved? That is a later step after Accepted.
If the "return status" at the Tax Home says "printed", that means it has not been filed, unless you physically printed, signed, and mailed it. Did you file by mail?
Did you think you had efiled it? If so, did this tool say no record found?
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp">https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp</a>
If it hasn't been filed, we can tell you how to open it back up to get to the FILE section and efile the return, unless you plan to mail it.
This tool shows “no results “. Can you please tell me how to efile again?
See VolvoGirl's answer below which has a FAQ that shows you how to open the return back up and go through the efile process again.
Sorry but Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to print out your return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. How to change from Mail to Efile https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5561257 Turbo Tax will always say Ready to Mail. They don't know if or when you actually mailed it. And the IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax when they get a mailed return.
