This is a repeat of a problem from last year's turbotax. When trying to transfer info from It's Deductible to Turbotax 2018, a message appears about needing a keychain password. The fixes suggested online do not work. Last year this "bug" was finally addressed in a Turbotax update and I successfully downloaded It's Deductible. When will this year's glitch be addressed?
See if this FAQ will help. It also tells how to reset the Mac keychain. If that's what you've already tried, report back. And I'll ask a mac SuperUser to comment on how to fix your Mac keychain.
FAQ: TurboTax Mac: Connection problem when attempting to import from Its Deductible

I left a FAQ below. It is the Mac that requires the keychain password in order to provide a password to log into ItsDeductible. If that's what you've already tried, report back, and I'll ask a mac SuperUser to comment on how to fix your Mac keychain.
I tried this: "If you notice any search results for "Intuit ID" text and "Kind" as "application password" then delete them" Nothing like that appeared in my utilities.
It said "IF you notice..." Which means you may or may not. Do you still need additional help?
"~/Library/Application Support" text and press go. Navigate to "TurboTax * 20XX” directory and delete AuthorizationClientContext.plist, if present. I tried this. AuthorizationClientContext.plist was not present
I'll ask someone to assist you when they are next in the forum.
@macuser_22 Are you able to assist any here with the keychain password? Thanks.
It says to delete that file "if present". If not present then ignore it.
Still unable to download It's Deductible I think TurboTax has to fix a glitch. I can't get around the problem
Did you do step 2 in the FAQ? Launch Utilities -> Keychain Access, select your login keychain and search for and delete any entry with "intuit".
Kaychain is a Mac feature and has nothing to do with TurboTax. There is nothing that TurboTax can fix for local issue on your Mac. When the Mac sees a login window it searched it's keychain for a match and if not enabled asks for your keychain password so it can open keychain in the Mac and retreve the stored password.. Keychain passwords get stored usually when a login window is first encountered and the Mac asks if you want to save the password. The "yes" box is checked by default so if you do not uncheck it, then it will automatically be stored in Keychain and searched for the next time the login window is encountered.

I'm having this same problem. However none of the links in this thread are working. It keeps telling me that turbo tax support has moved. I'm searching from the "new" turbo tax support page. I'm super frustrated.
Here is the original post from Mesquitebean on how to reset your Mac login keychain access password(s). Resetting them (effectively, deleting them) will then allow you to import your Its Deductible data into your 2021 TurboTax tax file. It worked for me and is easy to execute. You'll then be prompted to use your Intuit login and Intuit password to continue.
If you get a Keychain prompt asking you to provide TurboTax access to Intuit ID, enter the password for your account and select Always Allow.
If this doesn't work or you selected Deny, remove Intuit session tokens stored in the Keychain.
