To correct this error, you could try logging out of the program, and clearing your cache and cookies.

  • Click here for instructions on clearing your cookies.

You may also try using another browser.

 

Make sure all updates have been made to your TurboTax program.

Linda I clear my cache and cookies and restarted the computer . This is not about a browser , this is about the pop up screen showing the credit card slots to be filed with numbers and expiration dates . Is not Chrome or Safari or Any other browser because is not a browser , is a pop up screen that shows that message
