It is a complete white screen when I click wages and income. I am unable to put in any data. I ran in admin mode too, I am running windows 11.

I am using Turbotax Premier 2024, when I click wage and income to update w2 information it just stalls at a blank white screen. Windows 11 64 bit, 32 GB Ram I9 14900K RTX 4090 Direct x 12.

There are a few fixes that you might try.

I just did all of that as well as going to the extreme of deleting my Eset Internet security too and I'm still having the same issue. I tried running it in compatibility mode for windows 8 as well. Additionally I tried reinstalling the product.
