It appears the system is running EXTREMELY SLOW. My return that I stated will not load at all.

Usually when a program is running slowly, it is related to a slowed internet connection.  You may want to check with your provider to see if there are any issues that would cause a slower response speed.  Otherwise, I suggest that you log completely out, clear cache and cookies, complete a computer restart, and then log back in again using the SAME user id/password.
