It's possible that you have duplicate Form 1099-G entries, at least one of which may need to be deleted.   To do this:

  1. Log back in to TurboTax Online
  2. Click Pick up where you left off if this screen appears
  3. Click on Tax Tools in the left panel
  4. Click Tools
  5. Under Other helpful links, click Delete a form
  6. Locate any duplicate Form 1099-G's and delete

Form 1099-G, Certain Government Payments, is used to report, among other things, unemployment compensation and state or local income tax refunds, credits, or offsets.  Because of the multiple uses, it can be input into different areas of the TurboTax program.
