Is there something wrong with Form 8814 on TurboTax? I have an error saying, "This form has not been approved for release at this time..." I don't have any req'd updates.

The message says, "This form has not been approved for release at this time.  You must obtain an update before you file your return in order to ensure that all of the calculations are correct.  To receive an update, select Check for Updates from the Online menu to connect to our web site."  I am currently up to date.

It said it will be available 3/17/2022 and now it shows 3/18/2022? Why is this form so hard to input into the program? I called a local tax preparer and they don't have a problem with Form 8814 so why does Turbo Tax. I really wish they would get their act together. I don't want to pay to have my taxed done by someone else after paying for this program!

In this public forum, we are provided with form availability information, but not an explanation as to why the form is not available until that date. For additional information, it would be necessary to contact Customer Support.
