TurboTax Online is all the same. If you did your taxes on the mobile app but can't find them on the web browser it means you are logging into two different accounts. Use the account recovery tool to help you find your User ID or password.
Some people have more than one TurboTax account but do not realize it. You will need to sign into the same TurboTax account online that you used for the app.
