Is "It's Deductible" working? Every time I try to add items I just get a blank page (except for the item description).

Hi. I had an issue with 2018 ItsDeductibleOnline in which I could not enter any more than the first entry per category.  I called Intuit support (took a few tries) and while thinking out loud with the support tech, I mentioned that I was using Microsoft Edge as my browser to launch ItsDeductibleOnline. She said Intuit recommends that Chrome browser be used with Intuit apps.  I tried launching ItsDeductibleOnline with Chrome brower and... it works fine now.  I was able to add 20 or 30 items into three categories normally.  I hope this has helped you resolve your problem.  RDH
