Is it possible to get an update online for your support ticket?

I have an open support ticket, and how to view the progress online on the ticket (instead of calling the support number). Please guide me for online steps/links

In this public forum, we do not have access to your personal account information and are unable to provide a status update for your support ticket. At this time, the only way to get an update would be to call TurboTax Customer Support.
