Is disability income from my state considered community property?

I live in AZ.  Also my husband received SS disability as well as retirement pay.  I have 1 dependent too, and want to file separate this year as head of household.

Before you try to file as HOH----do you fit the criteria?  Have you and your spouse lived apart for at least the last six months of 2023?   Are you the custodial parent?

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your marital status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.
