OK...Try this -
Save your tax return and then close the TurboTax program
Right click on the TurboTax icon
Click on Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab
Check the box Run the program as an administrator
Click on Apply and OK
Start the TurboTax program, continue the return and see if the problem persists
Still having issue. I have been on phone with support for over 2 hours. Installed Windows updates, uninstalled , cleared browsing history and reinstalled 3 times, installed different license key, changed resolution, run as administrator, checked compatibility. Still getting blank screen on Personal Income section with no options to add W-2 and no prompts to import or add W-2s.
Although late doing my daughters, 2022 taxes, the screen is blank when I go to add her W-2 info. We imported her 2021 info from her previous Turbo Tax form. It shows the university employer and the 2021 income, but "0" for 2022. When I click to update that section, the page is blank.
I read the previous suggestion about trying to open it as an administrator, but on our Mac version, I can't see that option. Help please.
