Is anybody else having issues with E file? I click on "I want to e file now" and it goes to a blank screen. How can I fix this?

I have the same issue and contact turbotax four times and I keep getting hung up on; I still trying to figure this out.

Please make certain that you entered your phone number in your return as it is required.  If you have entered your phone number then please see the information below.

Note:  You can also save and sign out of your return, then clear your cookies and your cache on your computer, then close your browser and reopen. When you log back in to your TurboTax Online account you should not have any further issue with your return.

It would seem that the answer is to find a new tax program!

Please try refreshing your browser and clearing out your cookies. If that does not work, try clearing out your browser's cache. You may also want to try a different browser.

I want checks sent as refunds but it demands I give it Bank Information.  I checked the boxes to send checks to home address and it shows the correct address however at the end, it states the FED wants bank information, router and account info.

 

HELP

Please go back to review your refund method and make certain you chose paper check.  If you did, try logging out of your account, clearing your browser's cache and cookies and logging back in to see if this resolves the issue.

There is a problem with the software and they want me to be a computer technician,  i am not. I want them to fix the problem with their software so I can file.

 

It will NOT allow me to receive a check from the Fed IRS and there is no way for me to go back and check the BOX because it IS NOT there.

Did you pay the TT fees with a Credit card or did you request the fees be withheld from the federal refund ?   If the latter then your only choices are to get a DD or a debit card.

Yes I did. i will change it and see if that works.

regardless, nothing on the Software explains any pf this.

Changed my mind.  I paid for this Software and they NEED To FIX it.

 

in all prior years there seamed to be SFW updates almost daily and now, there are NO updates.

If you pay the TT fees in step 1 of the FILE tab then this is what you should see in step 2 ... if you do not then clear your cookies and/or switch browsers.

Update 7 March

They had a long SFW update and the page where you say you want a check for the IRS refund is now there.

However:

Still will not let me Efile IRS to get check, still demands bank information.

Also, Now it will not let me pay for the State Efile.

NOTICE: Incompentent Jerks.

Intuit, Give me a call and I will send over a Grade school kid to fix it for you.
