IT takes up to 24 hrs after efiling,  if you still having the issue after efile.  Please contact the IRS directly by phone.

I would suggest that you contact the IRS by phone at 1-800-829-1040.

You can use this efile status check tool to confirm that it was indeed accepted:
https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

If your efiled return was just accepted today, then it likely won't show up at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool for at least 24 hours.

https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

When using that IRS tool, be sure to enter only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.  The figure to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 20a.

Mine was working just fine. Approved my taxes and gave me a send date. Been trying to check it all day keeps saying info doesn't match now.

Be sure you enter the exact whole number of your tax return before any fees are deducted.

@ StoneyBlazer

This is an old thread from last  year.  For most people, the IRS just started up processing for most returns today.   Even for those people who filed early and were accepted, the "Where's My Refund" tool is always quirky when they first start up official processing each year, and people's info in the tool can come and go even as it continues to process and moves through different stages at the IRS.    Some other folks have reported that their previously-seen "Where's My Refund" info also is not visible now.   Perhaps the same for the Irs2Go as well.

I assume you have verified that your return was indeed efiled successfully and accepted (if prepared online, you can look in the Tax Home of your Online account.)    Actually, if you are saying that you already saw previously that your refund was approved and were given a send date, then you know they've been processing it.  Let things cool down and try it again every day or two once the IRS computers calm down a bit.

When you enter your refund amount, be sure you are entering only the Federal amount and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.   The amount to enter is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.

Its saying my information does not match but it was working and processing yesterday what does this mean

That happens from time to time. Please continue to check for updates using the Where's My Refund? tool at the IRS website, which updates daily. The IRS issues most refunds in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review.

I am also getting the information doesn't match error, have been checking the tracker via app every Monday and Friday morning since the end of January with no issues, now it says information doesn't match on both the website and mobile app.

If you were able to see it without issue prior to today, it sounds like it is just a temporary issue with the system and not a cause for alarm.

It keeps saying on the irs2go that my information does not match , I filed with TurboTax and on 2/17/20 it was accepted it’s now 2/25/20 and still the irs2go app is not giving me any information as to it being processed, or anything wont even be recognized.

@Ape2   Be sure when checking Where’s My Federal Refund? site that you are entering only your Federal refund amount. This can be found on your Federal form 1040, line 21a. If you paid any fees out of your federal refund, use the refund figure prior to the deduction of he fees. Also if you filed joint, be sure to enter the filers name that appears first on the return.

Did you ever get refund??

If you were able to see your refund status before, but can't now, it could mean that the Where's My Refund? system is overwhelmed.  Try checking your refund status via the IRS Refund Hotline:  (800) 829-1954.
