Installer on Windows 10 extracts files but then nothing happens

Did it allow the software to full install?

After much research online, I found the solution with regards to installing TT 2021 on Windows 10.  I had to update my registration settings for TEMP and TMP to reflect a directory under my C: drive rather than the default location under Dell user.  This resolved the issue and allowed the installation to complete successfully.
