I'm having the same problem, turbotax connects to Lyfy, I click Accept, stays connected for about 1 second and goes back and request to sign into Lyft again. It doesn't import any tax data.

When using TurboTax Online, you may be able to import your Lyft income (1099-MISC, 1099-K) and expenses (platform fees , service fees, third-party fees, Express Pay fees, Express Drive rental fees, and tolls) info after you've identified yourself as an Lyft driver. ... We won't have access to any other information.

After you select importing from Lyft, we’ll ask you to enter your phone number. We'll text you a verification code that you'll enter in TurboTax to automatically import your information.

To view using the Lyft Dashboard:

Log into the Dashboard at https://www.lyft.com/drive/dashboard. Click on 'Tax Information'

<<we’ll ask you to enter your phone number.>>

Did That ...

<<We'll text you a verification code that you'll enter in TurboTax>>

I got the verification code and entered it correctly...

It Connects ...

but doesn't automatically  import any information like you said it would.

This is a tech department problem not a tax problem,  can you forward this to them.

Please see the below FAQ for additional information on uploading Lyft information.  Keep in mind: During this process, we’ll only receive your Lyft income and expense information. We won’t have access to any other information. Also, Lyft won't have access to any of your tax information stored in TurboTax.

If this still does not work, you will need to reach out to our Customer Service at the link below for further assistance:

Have the same problem. The widget responsible for importing data from Lyft returns a connection error that's visible in request headers with the following stack trace:

"TypeError: e.filter is not a function↵ at t.getTaxHash (https://plugin.intuitcdn.net/fdp-widgets-plugin/2.43.2/js/fdp-widgets-plugin.js:1:128414)↵ at X (https://plugin.intuitcdn.net/fdp-widgets-plugin/2.43.2/js/fdp-widgets-plugin.js:1:217332)↵ at t.flowConnectionRequestSuccess (https://plugin.intuitcdn.net/fdp-widgets-plugin/2.43.2/js/fdp-widgets-plugin.js:1:211891)↵ at te (https://plugin.intuitcdn.net/fdp-widgets-plugin/2.43.2/js/fdp-widgets-plugin.js:1:151321)"

This is an IT problem and I made an earnest effort to get this escalated, spending over an hour on the phone monotonously explaining and re-explaining this to multiple levels. Finally got to someone who said they've opened a ticket, so hopefully it will get fixed now.

P.S. giving scripted resolution instructions and linking to FAQ entries that clearly do not apply is a great way to frustrate users.

What's an alternative way to enter my Lyft income? The choices the software give me do not apply, either. I did not receive a 1099.

@rondiwatson1 You can find instructions for how to manually enter your income here.

Unfortunately, the issue is still unresolved and it does not appear that Intuit is currently taking this seriously.

You can manually enter your self-employment with Lyft in the "Income & Expenses" tab.  Scroll down to "Self-employment" and "Show More" and then "Start/Revisit."  You enter the job description information and then income and then expenses.
