In federal review, I get a "Looks like we need more info" on something, and it is not listed on the next page, so it sends me on an infinite loop. How do I address this

Refreshing your browser and clearing out your cache and cookies may resolve the issue, the articles below will help.   After performing these steps log out of TurboTax and then back in.  If the issue still persists please try a different browser.
