It depends on what you mean by saying you've signed the form.
If you've finalized and submitted your returns with the lower refund amount, you will need to wait for them to be accepted or rejected. Go to our e-file status lookup tool to get your current status (pending, accepted, or rejected).
If rejected, you may correct and resubmit.
If accepted, you'll have to amend.
