If the program keeps shutting down in the same place, is it a problem with Turbo Tax or my computer?

Every time i get to the part where it asks if I purchased iso stock & I answer no, the turbo tax quits & closes. It gives me a message "the lldb command requires the command line developer tools. Would you like to install the tools now? options are get x code, not now, or install.

If you do a Google search on the string ""the lldb command requires the command line developer tools. Would you like to install the tools now?", (including the quotation marks), you'll get lots of hits that suggests that this is some sort of low-level coding problem that might be related to the way TurboTax was written.

Right click on installed program and select 'Run as administrator'.

Install updates. TT shuts down again. Lather, rinse repeat. Run as admin again.
