If i need to set up a payment plan for taxes owed can I still file through Turbo Tax?

You can file Form 9465 (Installment Agreement Request) in TurboTax to set up a payment plan with the IRS:

To get to Form 9465:

1. Select File on the left 
2. Select Start next to Step 2: Your refund/payment info (you might need to complete step 1 to activate step 2)
3. Select See all payment options
4. Select Request an IRS payment plan on the screen that says How would you like to pay your federal taxes?
5. Continue.
