If I have Duluxe why can't I talk with an agent?

I need to find out where to enter the interest paid on my HELOC but can not get a live agent although I have the Duluxe edition

Live assistance is available through any of the Turbo Tax Live  products. You currently have the standard Turbo Tax Deluxe product. Having said that, you do have access to phone support - contact details can be found here.
