If I didn’t receive link to change from Mac to htp what do I do?

Just paid yesterday? Help closed case no link?

Did you purchase the 2023 TurboTax software as a Download or on a CD?  If on a CD, both the Windows and Mac installation files are included.

If you you purchased a Mac download and need the Windows download instead you will need to contact TurboTax support.

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday

htp?  Do you want to use the Online web version?  Online won't open until maybe December?  But if you bought the Mac download there are new instructions on how to get the Windows version too.
