I would like to stop my process and visit a local H&R Block representative- is it possible?

As long as you have not purchased or registered any TurboTax product you can clear your return. To do so please follow these instructions (if you are using a mobile device to log in and the below steps don't work, try this on a computer):

  • Log into your account
  • Hit the Take Me to My Return orange button (you need to hit this button or the option won't appear in next step)
  • Click My Account in the top blue banner
  • Select Clear and Start Over

This will remove any information you have entered. Even though you cannot delete your account none of you personal information will be stored in it.

If you have not make any purchases or completed the filing, you can stop where you are and start your return elsewhere.  To clear and start over, follow the FAQ here:
