These are really wages, subject to local income tax, so "miscellaneous" doesn't seem appropriate. I do not have a W2, but the employer does issue an "wage certificate" from which I can draw all the figure.
You enter your income in the foreign earned income section, not in the W-2 section.
To enter Foreign Earned Income -

If you receive a Form 1099-R for the retirement income -
