I was transferred to make a schedule for call back it was dropped
I need help today to file an extension I can’t get the correct information to file my taxes I finished it last night and can’t use e file ?
Click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen
Click on Other Tax Situations at the top of the program screen
Under Other Tax Forms
On File an Extension, click on the start button
You can file an extension through TurboTax, see here.
You can also get an extension by paying all or part of your estimated income tax due and indicate that the payment is for an extension using Direct Pay, the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS), or a credit or debit card. This way you won’t have to file a separate extension form and you will receive a confirmation number for your records.
