This is a public Internet forum. Do not post any personal info in the user community forum. It looks like the forum privacy filter redacted the personal info for your protection. It's not needed here in the forum and could expose you to spam/scams.
Has it been 45 days yet since your friend filed? It takes that long to get the email with the e-certificate after the friend filed.
Read the program details in the FAQ below and what to do if it's been that long, and you didn't get your reward:

First, read the info on how the offer works, how long it takes, etc.
Then lower down in the FAQ are some blue subtopics. The last one is
"What if I referred a friend, they completed their taxes with TurboTax, but I never got a reward." That section tells you how to reach TurboTax Support.
@tinobar913 I forgot to mention in my comment above that it takes about 45 days to get the email with the e-certificate after your friend filed. I've since added that to my answer above. The full details are outlined in the FAQ I provided.
The issue that concerns me is that I thought that it needed to be entered towards the end, so i clicked the get started and not from the link? I believe this might complicate issues. Thanks for all of your advise.

You're welcome. According to the FAQ, the special link in the invitation that is sent to a friend is how the friend is supposed to access TurboTax each time and efile, and thus TurboTax knows to apply the friend's discount and to give the referrer credit.

I was referred by a friend, but I did not receive my 20% discount that was supposed to be applied when I filed. I was promised this when I did my taxes. This sucks Turbo sucks this year!! They don’t make things easy for you. As a matter of fact, it should be a Bigger discount automatically apply or they should of given you a code. So sad… I need someone to call me as asp or give me a discount card sent directly for me to use anywhere for anything.

I did not receive my 20 percent off we weren’t able to use why
What is confusing is that you must use the link provided by the friend and then the discount is UP TO 20% off the regular prices and currently the prices are already discounted up to 20% off so you don't get a discount on the already discounted price.
That’s kind of false advertising so does she get her gift card
