I was on unemployment last year for 6 months. I had them deduct taxes while I was filing. Will I owe for that or get a return?

You won't know until you fill out your tax return .  That's why you have to file.  To see if you owe or get a refund.  If the withholding taken out is more than the tax liability on your income  you get a refund.
