I was billed for a State of Wisconsin e-file that I cannot use because it turns out our Federal taxes were filled fraudulently and we had to mail our Federal return.

How do I get my money back?

You go thru this FAQ tomorrow during working hours.

Use the term "Billing issue"   (do not use the word "refund" until you actually get someone on the phone):
